Good evening, Carroll Leaders! This is Mrs. MacWilliams calling with your weekly updates and reminders for the school week of Monday, April 18 - Friday, April 22.
Thank you to all of our families who participated in last week's Community Round Table. This work will directly impact planning for the remainder of this school year, and inform our work as we prepare for the 2016-2017 school year. Discussion notes have been linked in the written version of this message, located on the Cougar Chronicle.
We have a busy week ahead, Leaders!
The Carroll Softball team takes on Carnage tomorrow at North Hills Park, starting at 4:15 p.m. Please join us following the game for Family Leadership Night, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Learning Commons. Bring the entire family! Mr. Lonnie Moore will be on campus presenting, 'Building Student Capacity for Leadership at Home.' It is sure to be a great evening.
Tuesday, Track & Field competes against Carnage and North Garner at home at 4:00 p.m. Boys soccer is away on Wednesday at Dillard, and Softball is at East Garner on Thursday.
If you haven't already marked your calendars, it's not too late. Carroll's Theatre Club presents Mary Poppins on Friday, April 29 and Saturday, April 30, and on Friday, May 13, Carroll celebrates 50 epic years! All end of year testing will be conducted during the final two weeks of school. Please help us to ensure that all students are on campus every day, both weeks.
I'm looking forward to another awesome week at Carroll Leadership in Technology Magnet Middle School. Have a great night!
